Pennington Room: up to 60 guests
Includes white linen tablecloths & current linen napkins, room set up and silk centerpieces.
Room Charge $250.00
Ceremony Set up fee  $150.00
Deposit Required  $400.00

Wheel Room: up to 130 guests
Includes white linen tablecloths and current linen napkins.
Room Charge  $500.00 for up to 5 hours.  $50 each additional hour
Ceremony Set up fee  $250.00
Deposit Required  $1,300.00

Evening Events in the Wheel Room - If entertainment is hired hotel rooms 44, 45 & 46 must be rented.
Buffet Set Up - Min. 85 - Max. 110 
Sit Down - Min. 85 - Max up to 120 depending on Head table count. 
**Minimum of 85 guests on Friday & Saturday nights.
**Minimum food requirement $17.00 per person 
If the guest count minimum of 85 is not met, there will be a $17.00 per person additional room charge.



Food and estimated liquor will be pre-paid in full by check 14 days prior to
the function date (including 7.125% MN tax and 19% service charge).
10 days prior to your function, a guarantee count is required to the
Sales & Catering office by Noon.
If a guarantee is not received The Afton House Inn will charge for
the original number reserved, or the actual number served if more
than the original reservation.

Food ordered buffet style per person will not be allowed to be
removed from the building. 
Guests added after payment of your estimate will require payment
by cashiers check upon change of guarantee or balance will be due
by credit card the day of the event
Any overpayments on estimates will be refunded by check within 10 days.
 
Non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. This deposit will be
deducted from your bill on the day of event.

All decorating for your event must be coordinated with the
Sales & Catering department.  You are welcome to bring in your own florist. 
~ Afternoon events need to end by 4 pm
~ Evening events start by 5 pm unless prior arrangements have been made for earlier times.
~ Evening events need to end by Midnight
